Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to the trading of goods from Supportersplace unless otherwise agreed in writing between Supportersplace and Customer. Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 are assessed in accordance with current rules for cash purchases and must have the parent's approval for the order. All product images should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance of the product.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer of Supportersplace, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you received the product. To return the item to us, contact us to obtain a return label. Please note that you are responsible for the original shipping when using the right of withdrawal. In order for the return to be approved, the product must be in substantially unchanged condition. This means that the garments may be tried on and taken out of any bags, but that labels must remain and that no abnormal wear may be present. This includes stains, perfume or other odors, holes and other signs of extensive use. A non-approved return will be charged a depreciation fee. You are responsible for ensuring that the product reaches us and that it has not been damaged on the road. We do not take responsibility for losses or any damage that occurs during transport.

Order / Purchase

All orders are made via the website. You will receive an order confirmation sent to your email confirming your purchase. Always look through it and check that it matches your wishes.

Refund

In the event of a regretted purchase or complaint, a refund will be made immediately after the case has been decided and no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification from the customer.

Pricing

All prices are in Euros and include VAT (25%). Promotional and sale prices may be limited in time and in such cases only apply until the promotion is interrupted. Shipping fee is added to all orders if no other information is provided and reported as an expense at checkout. Any costs for installments and promotions will be added when these options are selected at checkout.

Payments and payment options

The website meets the requirements for PCI DSS and holds SSL certificates.

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay his purchases in installments monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout.   • Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
  • Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

Return shipping

If you want to return an item, contact us first via our return form for contact label and further information. Also fill in the return form so that we know what the case is about and attach to the shipment.

Personalization

In the event that the customer places a special order by modifying the product with personal print or embroidery, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply. A special order is when the customer actively informs us what changes they want to make, for example by filling in a text box, and the original condition of the product changes significantly, according to the customer's wishes, with extra print or embroidery. An option that can be selected without giving us extra information, such as a match shirt with an existing player's number and name on the back, also counts as a special order.

Complaint

Always start by contacting our customer service when you find a suspected defect or damage to your product. We help you to complain about the product. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer has the right to make a complaint about original manufacturing defects. If you see that a shipping damage has occurred, avoid picking up the package and instead complain directly to your collection point.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, you as a customer have the opportunity to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) without having to take the matter to court. Personal information

Supportersplace creates a user account in connection with your purchase. When you register your user account and are about to complete an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. You confirm that the information you fill in is correct and complete and are responsible for incorrectly filled in information. Incorrect information during registration can lead to your account being deleted. Information about Supportersplace's processing of personal data can be found in the Supportersplace Privacy Policy.

You undertake to ensure that no one else can use your login information. You may not disclose the username and password of any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing username and password information are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. You must immediately report to Supportersplace if it is suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification has not been made.

If we suspect that you are abusing your user account or login information or otherwise violating the Terms, Supportersplace has the right to suspend you. Supportersplace also has the right to assign you new login information. You can only have one membership on Supportersplace. A member who does not meet the conditions can have his membership terminated without notice. Supportersplace has the right to review your member account when there is a suspicion of abuse of the terms.
