When an order has been received by us, we make sure that it is sent by Postnord or UPS within 1-3 days on public weekdays. We always deliver to the collection point.
In the event that an item cannot be delivered within the agreed time, we will notify you of this without undue delay. We will inform about the reason for the delay and a new date for delivery. In the event of such a delay, the customer is offered to cancel the purchase without incurring any costs.
If you want to return an item, contact us via our contact form for return label and further information. All garments and products must be sent in their original packaging if they came in such. In the event of a canceled purchase, the consumer bears the initial shipping cost.
