Where is my order confirmation?

Often this is because it is stuck in the spam filter so start by checking this. If you are unsure whether your order has been processed - log in to your account and look under "my pages", where you will find your order history.

I can't log in

If you do not have your password or have forgotten it, you will need to reset your account. The reset link sent to you is valid for 15 minutes, after which you must request a new one.

How do I do when returning/exchanging?

  1. Contact us before and we will send you a return label via email to you free of charge.
  2. Print and fill in our return form so we know what to do with the return when we receive it. Use our return form.
  3. Go to the nearest postal agent and send the return.

Do you have a physical store?

No, but our warehouse is located at Uppköparvägen 5, 3 tr. 120 44 Årsta, Stockholm. If you have the roads past, just contact us and you can shop directly from the warehouse.

Why can I not choose size?

When you can not choose the size, the product is out of stock but is still presented on the page.
